I'm a data scientist producing tools and products using machine learning techniques. My biggest thrill is successfully deploying AI products into operation. My experience involves working with high dimensional data sets, building recommender systems, fuzzy labels, segmentation, and unsupervised learning. I had previously worked in the financial field tackling topics such as underwriting, risk, and credit with big data. I currently work in a healthcare application that strives to save lives by predicting illness and conditions in real-time. I'm fortunate to be leading a team of innovative data scientists toward impacting preventable harm in healthcare. I have previously pursued diverse paths in physics, from solid-state instrumentation to curing cancer. The shift in my focus comes from the large impact and versatility that data science covers in our current world. This is such an exciting time to be in this field!
