DreaMed's vision is to unlock and scale expert medical knowledge so that every person living with diabetes can access personalized, expert-level care when and where it’s needed. I co-founded DreaMed Diabetes in 2014 with the goal of improving diabetes care with the use of Technology and artificial intelligence after 7 years of developing our technology in Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel. Our group’s first mission involved the development of an artificial pancreas system - the Holy Grail technology for type 1 diabetes. Eight years later, our mission was accomplished: the GlucoSitter artificial pancreas closed-loop software which we developed and tested was licensed to Medtronic. We shifted our focus to developing the endo.digital, pioneering AI to transform massive amounts of patient data into expert treatment recommendations personalized for each patient. We have proven AI can emulate a clinical expert in a scalable way, helping to ensure patients have access to expert-level treatment recommendations when and where they need it across the globe.

I'm a senior pediatric endocrinologist and diabetes expert focusing solely on new and innovative technologies for treatment of type 1 diabetes. Has vast experience in development of automated insulin delivery systems, the MD-Logic closed-loop system and other decision support systems. In addition, has vast experience in designing and performing clinical studies including multi-center & multinational studies. Regulatory experience in submissions to FDA & CE
