Founding Story
Founded in April 2022 by Chris Giuliano (Co-CEO & CTO) and Jeffrey Ellis (Co-CEO), who dedicated their careers to serving healthcare organizations. They recognized that healthcare leaders lacked specialized tools to understand, quantify, and manage unique healthcare risks, and set out to transform risk management from a defensive function into a value driver through quantitative, data-driven approaches.
