Abstract

Evaluating external device-related friction is essential when managing localized auricular vascular lesions. Clinicians should recognize that angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) can arise secondary to chronic mechanical irritation and may present with minimal tissue eosinophilia.
