In this study, a series of tacrine-celecoxib hybrid compounds was designed and synthesized to modulate key molecular targets implicated in metabolic dysfunction-associated mild cognitive impairment, including cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), carbonic anhydrases, and cholinesterases.
