For clients, Alma offers a personalized search experience to find therapists based on insurance, language, availability, identity, therapy style, and specialty areas. Clients can book free 15-minute consultations with no commitment and typically pay around $20 per session with insurance. The platform supports in-person and virtual sessions with flexible scheduling. For providers, Alma offers membership benefits including insurance credentialing support, EHR tools, practice management resources, and access to a broad insurance network. The company partners with major insurers including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and many others.
