Abstract

Novel therapies for Wilson disease (WD) will require appropriate biomarkers and clinically relevant endpoints to demonstrate therapeutic efficacy. We aimed to develop robust, minimally invasive biomarker assays to assess target engagement in future clinical trials for WD therapeutics.
