Lab profile
About AIGI
The center develops methodological and applied informatics research to model intrinsic structural connections among modern biomedical data modalities. It focuses on two unique strengths: Medical AI using deep learning methodology in biomedical data, and Genome informatics for efficient modeling of genetic data, including deep learning for predictive modeling of EHR and genomic data, efficient algorithms for identifying haplotype sharing, and genetic studies of deep learning-derived endophenotypes.
