Quincy Weatherspoon leads the team responsible for Flatiron’s Point of Care business, expanding oncology solutions to help clinicians provide the best possible patient care. Since joining Flatiron in 2021, Quincy has played a transformative role in Flatiron’s marketing efforts and led Point of Care Solutions sales to community oncology practices. Quincy has spent over 17 years in health tech and medical devices, with the last 15 years serving in global commercial leadership roles across multiple healthcare markets and spaces. Quincy’s broad experience base over a 20+ year career has allowed him to hone his skill as a results oriented proven leader with strong acumen for sales and marketing leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis, and growth acceleration. In addition to his role at Flatiron, Quincy actively serves on the board of the Georgia Transplant Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Ohio Northern University with a focus on finance and marketing and obtained an MBA from the University of Cincinnati in finance.

With a strong background in product management—particularly in healthcare—I excel at defining product vision, shaping strategy, and driving execution to deliver high-impact solutions. I leverage deep expertise in customer discovery, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to align teams around business objectives and customer needs. By optimizing processes and fostering a culture of innovation, I empower teams to develop scalable, internal customer-centric solutions that drive measurable value for both internal users and the business. Previously, as Executive Director at CVS Health, I led our teams through a digital transformation, developing and launching Aetna Health, a platform that significantly improved member self-service capabilities with central access to key integrations and workflows (claims, providers & benefits, pharmacy and minute clinic). By emphasizing analytical rigor, customer and end user insights, and cross-functional collaboration, our team drove substantial increases in digital utilization and app store ratings.
