PURPOSE OF REVIEW: To map evidence supporting a chronic upper airway inflammatory continuum (CUAIC) linking localized allergic inflammation, central compartment atopic disease (CCAD), diffuse type 2 chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), and broader T2-airway disease.
