Abstract

Tangerine pericarp (TP), a citrus byproduct rich in bioactive compounds, was investigated to assess the physicochemical characteristics and functional properties of powders derived from three Thai cultivars: Cho Kun (TP-C), Sai Nam Phueng (TP-S), and Bang Mod (TP-B).
