Abstract

BACKGROUND: Transcatheter aortic valve (TAV) failure may require redo transcatheter aortic valve replacement (redo-TAVR). The multiple layers of metal after redo-TAVR may jeopardize coronary artery patency and accessibility and result in prosthesis-patient mismatch.
