Abstract

Cathodal transcranial direct current stimulation (C-tDCS) is a potential neuroprotective method in the hyperacute phase of ischemic stroke. We aimed to assess safety, tolerability, feasibility, and potential efficacy of C-tDCS in stroke patients with salvageable penumbra.
