Abstract

Climate change is exacerbating flood risks globally. In the U.S., Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) delineate areas at high flood risk (i.e., 100-year floodplains), however, FIRMs are incomplete and outdated.
