Abstract

STUDY DESIGN: Multicenter cohort. OBJECTIVES: A report from the International Spine Study Group (ISSG) noted that surgeons failed to achieve alignment goals in nearly two-thirds of 266 complex adult deformity surgery (CADS) cases.
