About QDHeC

QDHeC works to create a digitally enabled learning health system that captures and analyzes information from every patient encounter to improve real-time care for individual patients, enhance treatment for future patients, and transform health outcomes for entire populations. The center aims to be a catalyst for achieving the Quintuple Aim of Healthcare: improving healthcare team wellbeing, enhancing patient experience, reducing costs while improving value, advancing population health, and promoting health equity.
