About Lindus Health
Lindus Health is a next-generation contract research organization (CRO) that fundamentally reimagines clinical trial delivery through integrated technology and accountability. Founded to address the chronic delays and cost overruns plaguing traditional CROs, Lindus operates through a single AI-assisted trial operating system called Citrus that unifies patient recruitment, study operations, and clinical data management. The company's distinctive approach centers on performance-based commercial models with milestone-based payments, aligning financial incentives with sponsor timelines and budgets. Lindus has demonstrated exceptional performance, with 82% of trials completing enrollment on or ahead of schedule compared to the 20% industry average. The company provides full-service clinical trial capabilities spanning study design through database lock, with expertise across cardiometabolic, respiratory, psychiatry, dermatology, women's health, and diagnostics therapeutic areas. Operating with over 160 full-time staff across the US, UK, and Europe with integrated APAC partnerships, Lindus serves biotech and pharmaceutical companies seeking predictable, accountable trial execution. The company's integrated model eliminates the fragmentation typical of traditional CROs by maintaining one team accountable for each program from protocol design through completion, with real-time visibility into enrollment performance and data completeness. With annual team turnover under 12% (less than half the industry average), Lindus has established itself as a technology-forward, operationally excellent partner for sponsors requiring confidence and control over their clinical studies.
Mission & Story
Mission
Powering biology's century. Built on one accountable system.
Founding Story
Founded by Meri Beckwith and Michael Young after experiencing CRO failures from different perspectives. Beckwith, a former life sciences venture capital investor, repeatedly saw CROs fail to deliver trials on time and budget, then participated in a COVID-19 vaccine trial where he witnessed fragmented technology and operational problems firsthand. Young, a former Special Adviser to the UK Prime Minister, saw during the pandemic how trial delivery depended on fragmented, outdated infrastructure and became convinced the industry needed a fundamentally different operating model.
