Abstract

OBJECTIVES: Sleep dysfunction is a common but poorly characterized symptom in people living with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS). Sleep impairments exacerbate seizures while ictal activity causes sleep disturbance, leading to a cycle of sleep-epilepsy worsening.
